Budget-friendly Lunch at Figaro

After 17 long years, my college friends and I decided to meet. Designated venue, Shangri-La Plaza. We all wanted a place where we can talk freely. We had a lot to catch up on. We figured Figaro is the best place for us. We spent around a thousand pesos for five persons. Wi fi connection is good so we were able to upload our photos immediately in Facebook. If on a budget, try having lunch at Figaro, located at the third floor. The ambiance is a killer, you wouldn't think you're on a budget.
