Mini Turon

My kids like turon a lot but they find it hard to bite that I have to cut before serving it to them. For a change, serve turon in bite size.

Ingredients: Saba, lumpia wrapper, brown sugar and langka

Procedure: 

Cut banana into four. Do the same with the lumpia wrapper. Roll into brown sugar. 

Along with langka, wrap in lumpia wrapper. Fry and serve hot.

Pizza Hut's Sausage Roll

Among my three children children, my daughter the more picky eater. Whenever we have a date and asked what she wants, she defintely say, "Pizza Hut's Sausage Roll please.

Magnum Ice Cream

I'm not so much into sweet and cold food but I can't resist Magnum Ice Cream. I like that it's not too sweet and that it's super creamy and smooth.  Almond is my favorite among the three flavors. 

Vikings

I'm really not big in eat-all-you-can style restaurants but there are events when the venue is held in places such that.  Just like SM Toon Fest where we had lunch at Vikings SM The Block.

Among the variety of food, I settled for a little bit of everything

I ended it with my favorite lettuce and olive topped with anchovies

I was supposed to have this but the event program started that I totally missed eating this yummy seafood

Vikings Trinoma has a huge dining area, which I think can accommodate up to 300 

or maybe more.

The foof they serve is complete from meat, pasta, bread, veggies and desserts

For big eater, this is a place to try on.
