Sauteed Mussels with Lots of Garlic and Cheese

If you're into mussels, here's an easier version of baked mussels. It's not baked though,it's actually sauteed mussels with lots of garlic and cheese.


Ingredients: 2 kilos of mussels, 1 block of cheese, 4 garlic, half cup butter

Procedure: Boil mussels til the shells are half open. Let it cool. Remove the top shell of the mussel. Set aside. Saute garlic into the butter until almost brown (not brown). Mix mussells then cheese.

Sangley Point - Island Cove Leisure Park and Hotel

Being a certified pizza lover, I keep in mind the restaurants where pizza is served the way I like it.  One of them is at Sangley Point inside Island Cove Leisure Park and Hotel.

Oh, how I love the way their pizza served it - generous cheese that melts on the wooded chopping board.



A must try for those with sweet tooth, Sangley Point's very own ice cream. 
You can choose from 3, 6, 12 or 24 scoops. The price is affordable and serving is big.


The sauce, with four flavors, you can create your own taste. Just spread over a bread, hmmm...
 
I'm delighted at how they serve their iced tea in a old jar. It's big so you get your money's worth.
